PE foam

The foamed PE insulating material has found many uses in the construction sector. The closed cell structure of the PE foam makes it a perfect choice for thermal and sound insulation beneath floating floors and flooring panels. PE foams are also used as insulation cladding for boilers and ventilation ductwork. The resilience of the PE foam makes it very easy to process and install, whereas the physical and chemical properties permit use at temperatures from - 40 to +95ºC. The PE foam is also used for packing a wide selection of products that require extra shipping protection. The PE foam is an excellent material for protection of fragile surfaces: it prevents scratching, dents and ingress of moisture; the PE foam is also chemically inert in contact with paint coats. The parameters of PE foam make it a product of choice for packaging in furniture, consumer electronics, glassmaking and automotive industries.
